About your host
Hi, I’m Helen, a coach and EFT therapist, passionate about supporting women through the challenges of life to feel calm, confident and in tune with themselves.
I live locally and alongside my 1:1 work I host The Coffee Network- a community-focused group that brings female entrepreneurs together to connect, share, and support one another.
