Are you…
Trying to process your loss, fill the void left behind and carry on as ‘normal’?
Boxing up your emotions as you don’t want to be a burden to those around you?
Feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed?
Loss can make even the simplest things feel hard. It can touch every part of your life- your confidence, your relationships, your sense of who you are.
Imagine being able to let go, find peace and get your sparkle back. Imagine feeling calm, confident and in control.
Let me show you how…
“I can honestly say Helen has helped me navigate through one of the toughest times in my life.”

Why I Work With the Mind and Body
After three years as a coach, I knew I’d helped my amazing clients make positive changes in their lives. But, once or twice, there were layers we weren’t able to access through talking alone.
When I was introduced to EFT (Tapping) I was truly amazed at how quickly I accessed my own deeply held emotions and beliefs. I realised our bodies hold events, traumas and emotions we’re often unaware of. With EFT these can be safely and gently released through tapping on our meridian points. I like to think of EFT as a little magic sprinkled on my natural coaching style.
I now use a blend of coaching and EFT to help you regulate your nervous system, find inner peace, let go of pain and anxiety and navigate the changes in your life.
“Working with Helen over this last year, has helped me navigate some really tricky moments in my life. Without the tools that these sessions have given me, I am certain I would have been emotionally and physically drained.
It has filled me with confidence, self belief and empowered me to seriously get to know myself and feel confident in my actions and decisions. Enabling me to tackle the big and small things in life from a different perspective.”
