Space to Process, Tools to Heal, and Guidance to Grow

By blending the clarity of coaching with the regulating power of EFT (Tapping), we work to soothe your nervous system and help you find your anchor again.

Why we use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and coaching together

Grief isn’t just in your head; it’s in your body. It’s that tightness in your chest, the exhaustion in your bones, and the 'stretched' feeling in your mind.

EFT is a simple yet profound tool that works with your body's energy system to clear the physiological stress of loss. In our sessions, it acts as the 'heavy lifter’ calming your nervous system so that the insights we find through coaching can truly take root.

Coaching is a talking-therapy that helps you find clarity, notice the patterns in your behavour and relationships, set boundaries, and begin to carve out your new normal.

Together, they allow me to offer a truly holistic body and mind experience.

My REWILD Programme

Step 1: Release

Let go of the pressure to hold it all together.

Using EFT (Tapping), we start by clearing the heavy layers of guilt, fear, anger and exhaustion. We don't just talk about the weight, we physically move it through your nervous system so you can breathe again.

Step 2: Explore

Begin to rediscover you- beyond being a daughter, a mum, a carer.

With your nervous system regulated, we can reconnect with what gives you peace and a sense of self. Includes a beautiful journal to support your insights and resources to keep you feeling calm and resilient.

Step 3: Weave Your Needs

Bring yourself back into the picture.

We identify what you need emotionally and practically, and use tapping to clear the 'gut-reaction' guilt that often arises when a mother puts herself first. We start weaving these needs into your everyday life as a non-negotiable foundation.

Step 4: Integrate Trust & Boundaries

Rebuild safety by trusting your instincts again.

Grief can make us feel untethered; we use our sessions to root you back into your own body. Learn how to set boundaries and create connections that support your healing, rather than draining your limited energy.

Step 5: Look Forward

Start to imagine your next chapter.

Not as a replacement for what’s gone, but as a continuation of who you are becoming. If the 'what ifs' feel scary, we use EFT to soothe that anxiety, making room for clarity, direction, and a quiet sense of excitement

Step 6: Deepen & Grow

Find meaning in what’s happened.

We solidify the tools you’ve learned-both the mindset of coaching and the regulation of EFT-so you leave the programme feeling grounded, hopeful, and fully capable of navigating what comes next.

“I reached out to Helen with an ‘SOS’ a year after my husband died. I had moved to a new town, resigned from my job, was a single mum and just didn’t know what my next steps needed to be.

Helen was calm, caring, warm, practical and professional. I immediately knew I could put my trust in her.

Over six months we worked together to help me rebuild –from encouraging me to get professional help to tackle the physical clutter in my life to help with uncluttering some of the emotional baggage; from interview prep to how to have some tricky personal conversations.

I now have a new job which I love, a sense of purpose, renewed confidence and, perhaps most importantly, the ability to be a bit kinder to myself. Helen helped me to reignite the light that had gone out and I am hugely grateful for her support.”
