My work is evolving, and so is the kind of support I’m most passionate about offering.
I’ve found myself drawn more and more to work with women navigating loss and grief, particularly mums who’ve lost their own mum. Women doing their best to hold it all together while raising their children, working, and managing everything life asks of them.
Through holistic, compassionate coaching, I help you find your footing again, not by going back to who you were, but by gently growing into who you’re becoming.
As I lean further into this work, my website and messaging will be changing so please bear with me while everything settles into place.

What is Life Coaching?
Put very simply, it’s an explorative conversation where I help you to sift through your thoughts, doubts, beliefs and patterns of behaviour. Imagine your mind is a bowl of spaghetti which needs sorting through and straightening out.
My role is to help you untangle it all, decide what needs attention, maybe what you need to let go of or change and leave it ordered.
Coaching is about self-development, self-discovery, and empowerment. It’s about looking ahead and setting clear actionable goals for yourself.
As a coach my role is to listen carefully and help you to untangle that bowl of spaghetti. I’ll help you decide what actions you need to take to make lasting change in your life.
It’s an exciting, sometimes challenging journey but I’m here to support you every step of the way.
